Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Timeframes
All orders are delivered within 5 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or public holidays.

4. Serviceable Areas
We currently ship across India. If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and attempt to find an alternative solution or issue a full refund.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier partner will make up to 2 additional attempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for resending the order.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. Flaunt Glow is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery and report it to us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement subject to our Exchange Policy.
8. Delays
Flaunt Glow is not liable for shipping delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
