Order Cancellation
Prior to Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before the item has been dispatched.
Post-Shipping: Once a product has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns. We accept exchanges only under the following condition:
- The product received is broken or defective
- You must provide clear photo or video proof of the damaged or defective product while raising the request. An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or missing item claims.
Exchanges will not be processed without visual evidence of the defect.
For exchange requests, please contact our support team at flauntglow@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
Guidelines for Exchange Requests
To ensure a smooth exchange process, please follow these guidelines:
- Condition: The item must be unused and unwashed
- Packaging & Tags: All original packaging and tags must be intact. Requests without original tags will not be accepted
- Exclusions: Customized or personalized products cannot be exchanged under any circumstance
- Timeline: Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Requests after this window will not be accepted

Logistics: If our courier partner does not offer pickup at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our registered address
